WORKFORCE - ON-THE-JOB TRAINING
Services
If an employer wishes to hire a Work Experience participant as a full-time, permanent employee, they may enter into an On-The-Job (OTJ) Training Contract with the Comanche Nation Workforce and the worksite.
If approved, the contract may include a 60-day extension to further assess the participant’s performance and make necessary accommodations for long-term employment.
This extension is separate from the four- week emergency extension for Work Experience.
The OJT program reimburses the employer up to 50% of the participant’s wages during the contract period.

ELDERLY CENTER - GRANDPARENTS RAISING GRANDCHILDREN

If an employer wishes to hire a Work Experience participant as a full-time, permanent employee, they may enter into an On-The-Job (OTJ) Training Contract with the Comanche Nation Workforce and the worksite.
If approved, the contract may include a 60-day extension to further assess the participant’s performance and make necessary accommodations for long-term employment.
This extension is separate from the four- week emergency extension for Work Experience.
The OJT program reimburses the employer up to 50% of the participant’s wages during the contract period.
